Alira Med Spa Package Purchases

By completing the purchase of a spa package from Alira Med Spa, you agree to the following terms:

Final Sale: All spa package purchases from Alira Med Spa are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of a spa package.
No Exceptions: Regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to relocation, illness, or dissatisfaction with services, Alira Med Spa does not provide refunds or credits for unused spa package services.
Expiration Date: Spa packages must be utilized within the specified expiration date provided at the time of purchase. Unused services beyond the expiration date will not be refunded or credited.
Non-Transferability: Spa packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services.
Booking and Cancellation Policies: Standard booking and cancellation policies apply to all spa package reservations. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to provide notice or a no-show will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service.
Modification of Services: Alira Med Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue services included in spa packages without prior notice.
