Please review the following terms and conditions before completing your purchase. Our refund, return, cancellation, and expiration policies vary depending on the type of purchase.
Return Eligibility
Retail products may be returned within seven (7) days of the original purchase date, provided they meet the following conditions:
Products must be new, unopened, and unused.
Products must be in their original packaging, with all original labels and tags attached, where applicable.
Proof of purchase is required.
All returns must be authorized by Alira Med Spa before being shipped.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@aliramedspa.com. Once your return is authorized, securely package the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return.
Approved refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow at least seven (7) business days after receipt of your return for processing. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
MED SPA TREATMENT PACKAGE PURCHASES
By purchasing a treatment package from Alira Med Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Final Sale
All treatment package purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
No refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of a treatment package, including circumstances involving relocation, illness, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with services, except where required by law.
Package Expiration
Unless a different expiration date is stated in writing at the time of purchase, treatment packages are valid for twelve (12) months from the original purchase date.
After the expiration date, unused sessions expire and are not eligible for reactivation, extension, exchange, or credit, except where required by applicable law.
No Reactivation or Extension
Expired treatment packages will not be reactivated or extended, except where required by law.
Non-Transferability
Treatment packages are personal to the original purchasing client and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or gifted to another individual.
No Substitution or Exchange
Unused package sessions may not be exchanged for other services, retail products, cash, or future account credit, except where required by applicable law.
Promotions and Pricing
Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Discounts, special offers, and promotions cannot be combined unless expressly authorized in writing by Alira Med Spa.
Changes to Services
Alira Med Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, equipment, or products.
If a purchased service becomes unavailable, Alira Med Spa may offer a comparable alternative where appropriate. Any refund or other remedy required by applicable law will be honored.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alira Med Spa is not responsible for losses or expenses arising solely from a client’s failure to schedule or use purchased package services within the applicable validity period.
Nothing in this policy limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
GIFT CARD PURCHASES & REFUNDS
The following terms apply to Alira Med Spa gift cards purchased for a specified monetary value, whether purchased online or in person.
Final Sale
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable, whether unused or partially redeemed, except where required by applicable law.
Unused Gift Cards
Gift cards that have been purchased and issued but have not been redeemed are not eligible for cancellation, refunds, returns, or exchanges for cash, except where required by law.
Partially Redeemed Gift Cards
Once a gift card has been partially redeemed, the original purchase amount and remaining unused balance are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Any remaining balance may be applied toward future eligible purchases at Alira Med Spa during the applicable validity period.
Gift Card Expiration
Purchased Alira Med Spa gift cards are issued with a five (5) year validity period, calculated from the date of issuance or the most recent addition of funds, as applicable.
Expiration and redemption of remaining balances are subject to applicable federal and Texas law, including required disclosures and any protections that extend the validity of gift card funds.
Gift Card Redemption
Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible aesthetic services and retail products offered by Alira Med Spa.
If the total purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Gift card balances cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
Gift Card Fees
Alira Med Spa does not charge inactivity or maintenance fees on purchased gift cards.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Alira Med Spa is not responsible for unauthorized use of lost or stolen gift cards.
Replacement requests may be considered when the original purchase and remaining balance can be verified. Replacement is not guaranteed.
Promotional Gift Cards
Complimentary gift cards, promotional certificates, and promotional credits may be subject to separate terms, restrictions, and expiration dates disclosed at the time of issuance.
Applicable Law
All gift card terms are subject to applicable federal and Texas law. Where legally required consumer protections differ from this policy, those protections will apply.
APPOINTMENT BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Alira Med Spa requires a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Individual Services (Non-Package Appointments)
Late Cancellations — 50% Fee
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-Shows — 100% Fee
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior cancellation will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.
Prepaid Treatment Packages
For appointments booked using prepaid treatment packages:
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the scheduled session, which will be counted as used.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the scheduled session, which will be counted as used.
Forfeited Package Sessions
Forfeited package sessions are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated or credited toward future appointments, except where required by applicable law.
All cancellation and no-show policies are subject to applicable law.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact Alira Med Spa at info@aliramedspa.com.
Our team will review the issue and provide instructions for an appropriate refund, replacement, or exchange.
Please retain the original packaging and proof of purchase to assist with your request.
GENERAL POLICY CONDITIONS
Alira Med Spa reserves the right to verify purchases, review return eligibility, and enforce the terms outlined in this policy, subject to applicable law.
Any exception voluntarily approved by Alira Med Spa must be confirmed in writing.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
