RETURN POLICY 

Last updated April 1, 2024 Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS 

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

RETURN PROCESS 

To return an item, please email customer service at info@aliramedspa.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address: Alira Med-Spa Attn: Returns RMA # 1619 w. Alabama st. Houston, TX 77006 United States Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

MEDSPA PACKAGE PURCHASES

By completing the purchase of a spa package from Alira Med Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
– Final Sale: All spa package purchases from Alira Med Spa are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any unused portion of a spa package.
– No Exceptions: Regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to relocation, illness, or dissatisfaction with services, Alira Med Spa does not provide refunds or credits for spa packages not utilized.
– Expiration Date: Spa packages from Alira Med Spa must be used within the specified expiration date as outlined at the time of purchase. Unused services will not be refunded or credited.
– Transferability: Spa packages from Alira Med Spa are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
– Booking and Cancellation Policies: Standard booking and cancellation policies apply to spa package reservations at Alira Med Spa. Please refer to our website or contact us directly for more information.
– Modification of Services: Alira Med Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue spa services included in packages without prior notice.
– Liability: Alira Med Spa is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from the use or non-use of spa package services.

By completing the purchase of a spa package from Alira Med Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. For inquiries or assistance, please contact Alira Med Spa customer service.
